Health Update

As you may be aware, this is the season for what I fondly refer to as "cranial critters" (head lice). Please be sure that your child is not sharing items of clothing, hats or hair accessories. Also, at this age, children are more likely to be demonstrative with their affections (hugging friends, etc.). Although it pains me to suggest this, if you could encourage your child to use high fives, thumbs up, etc. when greeting his/her friends at school, that may help add another barrier during this particularly vulnerable time of year.
