Check out this exciting new discovery that scientists made in Colorado recently. In the spring we will be learning more about fossils and how important they are in determining what life was like on earth long ago. Listen and look for some of these words: scientist, paleontologist, mastodon, ground sloth and excavation. We will be learning more about these words later on in the year! (Hint: a field trip might be involved....)
