We have all been touched by the recent tragedy in Japan. The stories and pictures of the earthquake and subsequent tsunami have been difficult for adults to take in, let alone children. Below is a brief video about how to talk to your children about questions/fears they may have surrounding the recent news reports on television. To date, the topic of Japan's recent events has not trickled into our classroom. However I thought that some advice on how to handle questions surrounding Japan's concerns wouldn't go amiss....
