"Traffic Safety Message contest

AAA is accepting entries from students in grades K-12 for the annual Traffic Safety Message contest. Students may submit a hand-drawn poster, computer-designed graphic art or a video public service announcement up to two minutes in length by April 1 at AAA.com/SafetyMatters. While there, review the grade-level appropriate themes that AAA suggests as topics for the submissions. Entries can also be mailed to AAA Southern New England, Public Affairs, 110 Royal Little Drive, Providence, RI 02904. One student will be awarded a grand prize of $1,000. First-, second- and third-place prizes will be awarded in Rhode Island, Massachusetts (including Salem, N.H.), and Connecticut. Honorable mentions will be awarded at each grade level. Entries will be judged online by AAA members, as well as by a panel of traffic safety professionals."
